Senior Counsel (IT)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $165,450–$190,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for U.S. candidates.

hirify.global develops printers, PCs, software, services, and other technologies, with a global legal team supporting the company’s commercial and corporate activities.

What you will do

• Provide legal support for hirify.global’s hardware, software, and services sales to commercial customers in the U.S. and Canada.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contract terms.
• Advise business stakeholders on legal matters, risk, and the impact of business decisions.
• Resolve complex legal issues and contract disputes with existing customers.
• Lead or support training for internal clients on designated legal topics.
• Recommend process improvements aligned with legal strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a nationally recognized law school.
• Active bar membership in one of the fifty U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, gained through law firm, government, and/or in-house work.
• Strong judgment, communication, collaboration, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple changing projects and translate legal risk into practical business choices.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Experience representing a major IT company on contract matters.
