Security Operations Center Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite at the Huntington Bank 7 Easton Oval office in Columbus, Ohio. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Answer calls about suspicious activity and security-related events.
• Monitor complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinate responses to alerts.
• Create reports and maintain detailed logs of calls and activities.
• Contact security and non-security colleagues to coordinate assistance and resolve issues.
• Follow tactical direction from the Security Operations Center Lead while reporting to the manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in an emergency call center or security role.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-intensity environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a dispatch or alarm monitoring center.
• Bachelor's degree.
