Supervisor, Production Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare customer payments for processing and apply them accurately to customer accounts.
• Process exception items, research discrepancies, and perform adjustment activities.
• Coordinate setup and maintenance of remittance processors and related equipment.
• Maintain inventory of remittance processing supplies.
• Prepare outgoing collection notices for negotiable instruments, including bonds, food stamps, and foreign items.
• Supervise production operations and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must work fully on-site in Canton, Massachusetts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of experience in banking or lockbox operations and five years of supervisory or management experience.
• Considerable knowledge of remittance processing, item processing, client specifications, and transaction operations.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and experience analyzing data to identify trends.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds, organize and sequence work, identify calculation and balance errors, and communicate effectively with employees and clients.
