Provider Contracting Professional

Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Initiate, negotiate, and execute physician, hospital, and other provider contracts.
• Communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers.
• Analyze the financial impact of contract terms and reimbursement arrangements.
• Maintain contracts and related documentation in a tracking system.
• Assist with identifying and recruiting providers based on network composition and needs.
• Apply department and organizational strategies while making independent decisions with minimal direction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience servicing or negotiating managed care contracts.
• Proficiency in analyzing and communicating the financial impact of contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with behavioral health contracting.
• Experience working with Medicaid contracts.
