Senior Event Producer, Stage Production & Content

Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin. Candidates local to an hirify.global office work on a hybrid schedule; candidates outside commuting distance may work remotely. Travel is approximately 30%, with extended and nontraditional hours during event execution.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop event production strategies with clients and internal teams for live, virtual, and hybrid programs.
• Lead stage design, scenic concepts, lighting, audio, video, graphics, presentation support, speaker content, and show flow.
• Create and manage run of show documents, production schedules, technical timelines, and related deliverables.
• Guide speaker preparation, presentation development, rehearsals, technical walkthroughs, and program dry runs.
• Manage production budgets, vendors, technical partners, freelancers, and external production resources.
• Serve as the onsite production lead, coordinating stakeholders and resolving risks to protect the attendee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, event production, technical production, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of stage production, scenic design, lighting, audio, video, graphics, speaker support, and show flow development.
• Experience leading production workstreams, client-facing programs, production budgets, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
