Director, IT SOX Compliance (Oracle Fusion/Salesforce)

What you will do

• Execute the global IT SOX strategy and establish governance, accountability, and priorities for the technology control environment.
• Govern IT general controls covering access security, privileged access, segregation of duties, change management, and IT operations.
• Oversee automated application controls, key reports, system interfaces, and other technology-dependent controls supporting financial reporting.
• Assess SOX impacts from new systems, implementations, upgrades, integrations, and technology transformations.
• Drive sustainable remediation of control deficiencies, including significant deficiencies and material weaknesses.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting while partnering with IT, Finance, Internal Audit, external auditors, and control owners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT SOX compliance, IT controls, technology risk, internal audit, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in designing, governing, monitoring, and improving ITGCs and technology-dependent controls.
• Experience with complex ERP and enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion; Salesforce experience is valuable.
• Strong judgment in control design, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and sustainable closure.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business terms, challenge stakeholders constructively, and communicate with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
