Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Canada, with three days per week in the office; fully remote candidates may be considered if based in the United States or Canada.

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 base annually, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Own demand generation and account-based marketing for net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts, from channel selection through campaign execution.
• Build and run lifecycle marketing programs that grow and retain existing accounts in partnership with sales and customer success.
• Own funnel targets, lead scoring, handoff processes, account targeting, and day-to-day collaboration with SDR leadership.
• Lead the events function and connect event programs directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Hire and structure a lean growth marketing team and design the function from a small base.
• Introduce responsible, secure, and compliant AI-enabled workflows for testing, targeting, campaign construction, productivity, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing with direct ownership of pipeline and revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts and managing a full funnel across demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience building and structuring a lean, AI-enabled marketing team, including hiring and function design.
• Power-user proficiency with Marketo, working fluency with Salesforce, and the ability to pull and interpret funnel data with SQL.
• Demonstrated experience introducing AI-enabled workflows, tests, or targeting models that produce measurable results and are adopted by the wider team.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, identity, compliance, or another regulated B2B category.
• Experience with Demandbase, 6sense, or a comparable ABM platform.
• Experience with GTM engineering tools such as Clay or no-code automations connecting CRM, enrichment, and outbound systems.

Hiring process
