Group Director, Technology Operations - Global Governance Digital Strategy (AI)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — onsite at the Trust Building AR Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $160,000–$320,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the AI and digital transformation strategy for Global Governance.
• Lead a portfolio of enterprise-scale AI, automation, digital product, and technology modernization programs.
• Establish roadmaps, stage gates, delivery frameworks, performance metrics, and value realization plans.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, dependencies, and execution tracking.
• Advise the CLO and governance executives on AI investments, technology strategy, and digital priorities.
• Build high-performing teams and develop talent across AI, technology operations, program management, and digital delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8 years of project, program, or related operations experience, or 10 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technology, AI, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, data-driven solutions, program management, financial oversight, and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Must work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 7 years of project, program, or related operations experience.
• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and inclusive product development.
