Managing Director, Data & AI

Location: Remote - Nebraska, with a hybrid schedule requiring associates within 30 miles of an office to work in-office three days per week. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Annual compensation: $230,000–$250,000.

What you will do

• Own the segment-wide data strategy, operating model, investment sequencing, and multi-year roadmap.
• Unify data engineering, governance, AI, and automation through shared prioritization and delivery processes.
• Oversee data platform architecture, consumption governance, costs, and roadmap priorities.
• Advance data governance covering policy, lineage, quality, and access.
• Set the strategy for AI and automation in business processes, including AI adoption and the Citizen Developer program.
• Lead directors, develop senior leaders, manage performance, and partner with C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale data organizations and leaders.
• Experience owning an enterprise data strategy from definition through multi-year execution.
• Executive-level influence with C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Practical depth in data engineering and data governance.
• Current and future authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.

• Experience applying AI/ML and intelligent automation to business processes with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in regulated or financial-services data environments.
• Experience establishing modern data operating models, including data products or domain ownership.
