Factory Support Tech (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, inventory management, and material transaction activities.
• Prepare outbound products for shipment or production use by cleaning, packaging, labeling, and checking materials.
• Manage Tool Center and assigned storage inventories while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and material condition.
• Support Clean Street, Tool Center, and Factory Logistics operations, including material delivery, replenishment, staging, ship preparation, and leak-check activities.
• Identify routine operational issues, escalate cross-functional problems, and support daily performance management and process improvements.
• Train and mentor newer employees while contributing to cross-training and operational improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least one year of experience in a cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related operational environment.
• Ability to obtain required cleanroom certifications and operate specialized cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures for cleanroom handling, cleaning, packaging, inventory, and material transactions.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, material traceability, and documentation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship and authorized to access controlled technology under US regulations.
