Fraud Strategist (Identity Verification)

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to evaluate risk profiles and design tailored fraud strategies.
• Recommend risk mitigation approaches, user-friction improvements, and verification workflow optimizations.
• Design standardized identity workflows in the hirify.global product for different verticals and use cases.
• Drive onboarding and launch readiness by resolving technical, regulatory, legal, and policy-related bottlenecks.
• Advise customer fraud and risk teams on emerging fraud vectors and industry best practices.
• Coordinate implementation milestones, readiness reviews, go-live planning, and launch-day execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, digital risk, or a related field.
• Customer-facing experience in consulting, technical account management, solutions, professional services, product, or implementation.
• Strong consultative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills focused on risk strategy and workflow design.
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical fraud concepts through clear, value-driven narratives for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity verification, fraud, compliance, fintech, or enterprise software solutions.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or implementation methodologies.
• Project management certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with global enterprise customers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
