Transaction Analyst Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki, Finland

Building a full-stack AI cloud covering data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams, with global operations and offices in London and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Support financial modeling and analysis for live debt financing transactions.
• Prepare investor materials for the capital raising program.
• Contribute to due diligence and help coordinate advisors’ work.
• Gain hands-on exposure to term sheet negotiations and deal execution.
• Work with senior finance leadership across the full debt-raising lifecycle, from sourcing through closing.

Requirements

• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar field.
• At least three years of academic studies in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English and strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, mature judgment, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Genuine interest in AI infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate finance.
