Event Planner (Business Operations)

Location: Must be based in the Americas

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Own the creative vision, planning, and execution of two company-wide offsites annually for approximately 175 people.
• Manage complex logistics including accommodations, transportation, vendors, meals, and accessibility.
• Build schedules that balance team connection with company programming.
• Manage substantial event budgets and serve as the primary point of contact for the team.
• Plan and run smaller team-specific offsites and assist with marketing event logistics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas
• 2+ years of experience in internal event planning or a similar role requiring substantial planning.
• Proven ability to produce memorable, high-touch events.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
