What you will do

• Develop and integrate mission-facing applications and workflows within Army Vantage and Palantir Foundry.
• Build operational workflows and application functionality using Foundry Workshop, Slate, and Ontology.
• Develop user-facing and custom functionality with React and TypeScript, plus Java-based application components.
• Create dashboards, analytical interfaces, application state, variables, actions, and interactive write-back capabilities.
• Integrate applications with data products, predictive analytics, APIs, and other technical components.
• Test, troubleshoot, demonstrate, deploy, and transition completed capabilities while coordinating with data/ML engineers and integration leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, data analytics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of application-development experience, including integration for analytical and reporting environments.
• Experience with application development and the overall frontend/backend architecture.
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Workshop, Slate, Ontology-based application development, React/TypeScript, and Java.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Deep technical expertise in one or more areas of the Foundry application-development stack.
• Hands-on Army Vantage or Palantir Foundry development experience.
• Experience developing Workshop applications, operational workflows, and custom React/TypeScript functionality.
• Army, Department of Defense, or federal mission-system experience.
