Salary: $89,000–$127,500 USD annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, validate, and execute flow cytometry and other immune assays using whole blood and isolated cells.
• Design experiments, analyze and present data, and produce accurate, high-quality results.
• Establish, improve, and maintain SOPs, laboratory procedures, and safe laboratory practices.
• Troubleshoot routine scientific issues and implement emerging laboratory techniques.
• Support equipment qualification, performance checks, resource sharing, and technical collaboration.
• Contribute to proposals, publications, abstracts, scientific presentations, and project expense monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Expert-level flow cytometry experience and demonstrated expertise in cell-mediated immunity monitoring.
• Experience with ELISpot, ELISA, and MSD assays; strong data organization, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong computational skills, preferably including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, Diva, and FlowJo.
• Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension required. Ability to differentiate the full color spectrum and perform required laboratory physical activities, including lifting and freezer exposure.

Nice to have

• Understanding of GLP or CAP/CLIA/ISO standards.
• Experience with immunophenotyping, primary cell-based assays, and cell sorting techniques.
