What you will do

• Design and execute immunoassays, including ELISA, using established protocols.
• Troubleshoot assay-related issues and conduct follow-up experiments with minimal supervision.
• Develop immunoassay methods and prepare assay validation protocols.
• Perform validation experiments, analyze results, and prepare validation reports and procedure documents.
• Process samples and data while supporting preclinical and clinical bioanalytical programs.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and support instrument verification or maintenance when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with immunoassays using various detection systems.
• Understanding of methodologies for measuring proteins and immunogenicity.
• Experience with bioanalytical assay development.
• Ability to maintain GLP compliance, laboratory safety, cleanliness, and required documentation.
