Implementation Manager I (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with clients to gather requirements, define success criteria, and create tailored implementation plans.
• Set up, configure, and customize the platform according to client goals and contracted packages.
• Lead onboarding, product demonstrations, admin training, and client testing to support adoption.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, documentation, implementation metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, including the post-implementation handoff.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, escalate blockers, and contribute to scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or client onboarding.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM and project management software such as Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, and G Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, deadline management, and client relationship skills; willingness to travel occasionally.
