Location: Philippines (Remote); availability required until at least 2:00 PM Eastern Time for collaboration with the US-based team

What you will do
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible email templates in Iterable using drag-and-drop editors and hand-coded HTML/CSS.
- Develop modular, reusable template systems and components for lifecycle campaigns and direct mail assets.
- Test and debug campaigns across Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, mobile layouts, and dark mode.
- Own the HTML email quality assurance process and review AI-generated email code for accuracy and rendering integrity.
- Connect Iterable and other marketing technology tools through APIs, webhooks, iFrames, Make, and Zapier.
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to identify design feasibility, accessibility, and user experience risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in technical email development and marketing operations.
- Experience creating hand-coded responsive HTML/CSS emails and direct mail templates for postcards and letters.
- Hands-on experience with Iterable or a comparable email service provider such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of cross-client rendering, dark mode optimization, mobile responsiveness, and WCAG email accessibility standards.
- Experience building modular template systems and connecting platforms with APIs and webhooks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and remain available until at least 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript for basic scripting and logic.
