Senior Solution Engineer (Tax)

Location: Netherlands - Remote

What you will do

• Develop deep technical expertise in the tax solution, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Partner with sales to identify client needs and tailor presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and recorded videos as a tax subject matter expert.
• Design tailored solutions and own the technical delivery of configured proofs of concept and demos.
• Support proposals and RFP responses with technically accurate solution details.
• Gather prospect feedback to inform product development and improve the solution.

Requirements

• Experience in tax roles, preferably including client-facing consulting and presentations to accounting and tax leadership.
• Proficiency with tax platforms and knowledge of tax provision, transfer pricing, and BEPS reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax; a Computer Science or technical background is preferred.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a software product in a customer-facing B2B environment.
• Experience implementing or integrating Longview Tax or other tax software platforms.
• Experience developing technical solutions.
• German language skills.
