Location: Madrid, Spain

Salary: €61,800–€106,260 base pay annually, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on the role and location.

What you will do

• Co-create the regional technology strategy for the EP-CNV MedTech business and translate it into multi-year product and platform roadmaps.
• Lead a business-facing technology organization and manage the regional portfolio, including prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and R&D-adjacent use cases with responsible AI, data governance, and security.
• Modernize legacy environments and develop cloud, API, data, analytics, connected-device, and computer-vision capabilities.
• Partner with senior business, clinical, commercial, supply chain, cybersecurity, regulatory, legal, and privacy stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Lead people, budgets, governance, product delivery, customer engagement, and technology enablement for regional product launches and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of technology leadership experience, including direct leadership of business, engineering, data operations, or product teams.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience with product management, agile delivery, portfolio governance, business processes, and platforms such as ERP, CRM, or MES.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI, with experience implementing these capabilities beyond pilot stages.

Nice to have

• MedTech experience in cardio and neurovascular products, digital surgery, robotics, imaging, computer vision, or connected capital equipment.
• Experience working with clinical, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders across multi-country regional organizations.
• Experience hiring and developing technical and product talent, with executive presence and change leadership capabilities.
