Commercial Platform Engineer - CRM

Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America

Salary: $137,000–$235,750 annual base pay

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into platform capabilities and solution architectures.
• Design and engineer CRM integrations, APIs, data services, AI-enabled capabilities, and workflow automation.
• Deploy, scale, and standardize reusable enterprise platform services across products and business functions.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, training, and change enablement to drive platform adoption.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for security, reliability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Measure adoption, operational KPIs, ROI, and business value while improving products and services through DevSecOps, observability, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of relevant hands-on IT experience, including 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with modern integration and cloud architectures, including Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, SF Agentforce, SF Data 360, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Python, MuleSoft, Apigee, Informatica, App Omni, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and AI platforms such as Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex.
• Knowledge of product engineering, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, API and data engineering, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and workflow orchestration.

• Experience in the life sciences industry.
