Medication Therapy Management Pharmacy Technician

Location: Florida Work at Home; United States remote. Work Monday–Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.

Salary: $18–$27 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Annual bonus plan eligibility is anticipated.

What you will do

• Collect and document patient encounter details, including allergies, medication histories, and medical conditions.
• Contact patients and providers by phone to address gaps in care and support medication management.
• Reconcile patient medication lists and gather information needed by pharmacists.
• Coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams on medication management services.
• Document interactions and outcomes accurately in the call tracking system.

Requirements

• National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively by email and phone.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional communication style.
• Must work from Florida in a work-at-home arrangement.
• Home internet must use cable broadband or fiber service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
