Jr. Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Kansas City, Missouri office

What you will do

• Design layouts and artwork for publications, newsletters, flyers, catalogs, email campaigns, and other print and digital materials.
• Use AI tools for concepting, image generation, creative variations, copy support, and production workflow optimization.
• Develop and maintain client websites and support digital deliverables.
• Manage projects from concept through release while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and relevance.
• Coordinate multiple client projects, meet production deadlines, follow procedures, and perform quality control.
• Collaborate with the creative team and broader organization on client-focused deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical capability, and application of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Active experience using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Claude in creative work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently from brief to execution, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required; entry-level candidates with a relevant degree and strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with brand development and strategy.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of print production, prepress preparation, and file management.
• Experience with Mailchimp or Emma, WordPress, and basic HTML and CSS.
