Technical Business Analyst – UAT

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery and analysis across complex technology-led transformation and change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with business, technology and third-party stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes and priorities.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and actionable technology deliverables.
• Produce process maps, impact assessments, business cases and solution options.
• Plan and oversee UAT, including test preparation, execution, defect management and business sign-off.
• Support solution validation, business readiness, change adoption, dependency management and risk management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-led transformation or change programmes.
• Demonstrable ownership of UAT planning, coordination, execution, defect management and business sign-off.
• Previous experience in the utilities, energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into clear technology deliverables.
• Confidence working with senior business, technology, operational and third-party stakeholders while managing competing priorities and risks.
