2027 Graduate Programme (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Ringaskiddy API Campus, Cork, Ireland. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Ireland. No relocation support is available.

hirify.global Ringaskiddy is a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site producing and scaling up small-molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients and medicines.

What you will do

• Complete a structured induction, mentoring, coaching, and professional development programme.
• Support cost improvement projects for key API manufacturing processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Operations, Engineering, or Material Flow Management teams.
• Co-lead assigned projects and set objectives during each placement.
• Attend and present at senior executive, communications, cross-site, and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with global Research and Development teams and site-based clinical manufacturing and process development groups.

Requirements

• Be completing or have recently completed an Honours Degree or equivalent/higher qualification.
• Degree background in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument, or Environmental Engineering; Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry; Pharmacy; Regulatory Affairs; or a similar field.
• Available to start in September 2027.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Willing and able to work on-site at the Ringaskiddy API Campus.
