Project Engineer (Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment)

Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland; onsite

What you will do

• Design and specify cGMP process equipment, piping, controls, and related manufacturing systems.
• Manage small projects involving process equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Support design reviews, site acceptance, equipment installation, and preparation of process and instrument drawings.
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams for manufacturing processes.
• Prepare design documents and support validation protocol execution.
• Investigate equipment and control-system anomalies, implement corrective and preventive actions, manage modification change controls, and supervise contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, or a higher qualification; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• At least 2 years of related engineering experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Direct experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment is preferred.
• Senior-level consideration requires 5+ years of related experience.
