Product Manager (Fluid Control)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Deerfield, Illinois campus, with work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Occasional travel of approximately 15% is required.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD base salary, plus participation in an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop strategic product plans for the Moen valve and cartridge portfolio, aligning performance, pricing, supply chain, and long-term business goals.
• Lead cross-functional new product development and innovation through the stage-gate process.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and engineering requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, and launches.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Support go-to-market activities, sales training, industry events, product communications, and partner engagement.
• Monitor product performance and communicate priorities to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or engineering leadership for high-volume manufactured products.
• Experience with plumbing, kitchen and bath, water delivery, valve, cartridge, or other fluid-control technologies.
• Knowledge of sealing technologies, including elastomeric and ceramic components, flow performance, cavitation, acoustic or noise reduction, durability, and lifecycle requirements.
• Ability to build product strategies and business cases, analyze market and customer needs, and collaborate with both Sales and Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with building products, home improvement, durable goods, or B2C and B2B product environments.
• Experience with connected products or smart home categories.
