Freelance Project Manager (Digital Agencies/Agile): Managing end-to-end client engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery, with an accent on product thinking, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Remote from anywhere in the US or Canada; ability to work across US and European time zones required.

is a React.js and Next.js digital agency and Ad Tech startup building products for clients across the US and Europe, with expertise in AI, fintech, igaming, healthcare, and e-commerce.
What you will do
- Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
- Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and discovery outcomes with clients.
- Break complex requirements into iterations, maintain backlogs and roadmaps, and write project documentation.
- Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Prepare proposals, scope and price new engagements, and support presales activities.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA, monitor project health, communicate risks, and test completed features before delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with presales, proposal writing, project scoping, and discovery workshops.
- Strong understanding of digital product development, product management, Agile delivery, backlogs, and user stories.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, challenge requirements, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English at C1 level or above and experience working across international teams, cultures, and US and European time zones.
Nice to have
- Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project and product management tools.
