Analyst, Streaming Monetization, Insights

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office. Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Analyze streaming monetization KPIs, including sell-through, capacity, demand, pricing, and financial pacing.
• Prepare weekly reports and executive-ready narratives for senior leadership, planning, and sales stakeholders.
• Investigate data across multiple sources to validate assumptions, identify root causes, and uncover performance trends.
• Identify monetization drivers, risks, and opportunities affecting streaming revenue growth.
• Build automations, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions that improve access to actionable insights.
• Analyze sponsorship and advertising innovation performance to support forecasting, packaging, and optimization.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience, preferably in ad sales, analytics, publishing, or supply-side environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into focused business insights and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, accountability, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and respond to time-sensitive business requests.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY and hold unrestricted United States work authorization.
