Location: Must be based in Bentivoglio (Bologna), Italy

What you will do

Analyze production and supplier processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
Map current processes and define Future State Maps to optimize performance.
Identify and monitor KPIs to track process efficiency.
Develop reports and dashboards to drive improvement initiatives.
Plan and coordinate process improvement projects while collaborating with Operations and IT teams.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student in Management or Mechanical Engineering.
Good knowledge of the Italian language.
Availability to work on-site at the Bentivoglio (Bologna) facility.
