What you will do

• Analyze growth, customer behavior, pricing, profitability, acquisition, and credit performance.
• Build models and forecasts that guide investment and business decisions.
• Evaluate new products, markets, and business opportunities.
• Turn complex and unstructured data into clear recommendations.
• Work across Growth, Credit, Finance, Product, and Operations based on business needs.

Requirements

• Graduation in 2027 with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or another analytical field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
• Ability to understand data deeply while maintaining a clear business perspective.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Excel proficiency required; SQL is valuable.

• Python or experience with other analytical tools.
• Internships, student employment, side projects, or experience building projects independently.
