Senior Product Intelligence Partner (AI): Improving product, engineering, and platform execution through data-driven insights, AI-enabled analysis, and evidence-based decision making with an accent on delivery effectiveness, software quality, and organizational performance. Focus on diagnosing systemic causes, designing measurable improvement initiatives, shaping reusable intelligence products, and validating explainable AI-generated insights.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka; candidates may also be located in the UK or Sweden. Hybrid work opportunities are available.

What you will do
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Platform leadership teams on execution health, delivery effectiveness, quality, and organizational performance.
- Develop frameworks and insights using engineering, delivery, developer experience, and organizational metrics.
- Perform root-cause analysis by combining quantitative data with qualitative context.
- Help leaders define improvement initiatives, success measures, and outcome indicators.
- Shape the Product Intelligence platform through feedback, reusable intelligence products, dashboards, narratives, and self-service capabilities.
- Use AI for pattern detection, anomaly identification, trend analysis, and insight generation with validated and explainable outputs.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, product development, engineering operations, product operations, consulting, analytics, or related leadership roles.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, software delivery lifecycles, and organizational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of DORA, SPACE, flow metrics, developer experience, and responsible use of engineering metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, executive communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and organizational change without direct authority.
