Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator

Location: Groton, Connecticut, USA; on-site

Salary: USD 20–24.50 per hour

What you will do

• Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation, including batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and quality tracking system records.
• Convert raw materials into intermediate products and process intermediates into final patient-ready product presentations.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and support the upkeep of manufacturing equipment.
• Support operations in a classified manufacturing environment and complete operator care and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate's degree.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP or ISO.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, and lift more than 55 pounds, and wear required PPE including respirators and full protective suits.
