What you will do

• Collaborate with Program and Resource Managers to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance.
• Drive people management activities, including monitoring motivation, conducting coaching sessions, and supporting performance reviews.
• Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as status reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Organize workshops and participate in initiatives to improve project management best practices.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Experience in people management, recruitment, and team development.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Location: Must be based in Europe, Poland, or Ukraine.
