What you will do
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to support project delivery and team performance.
- Lead people management activities, including coaching, motivation, performance reviews, and career roadmaps.
- Coordinate recruitment processes according to business needs.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors, and coordinate meetings and workshops.
- Support process improvement and the development of project management best practices.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in people management, recruitment, and team development.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher.
