Equipment Operator I (Printing)

Location: Waco, Texas, United States; on-site, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

What you will do

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications, quality standards, and procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to maintain output quality.
• Prepare inks and check paper, plates, and printed forms for color, format, quantity, and quality.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and respond to deadline changes.
• Follow safety requirements while operating machinery and handling print materials.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to adjust mechanisms to required tolerances and work with close tolerances.
• Strong mathematical, mechanical, analytical, reading, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate accurate information and work effectively with team members.
• Ability to operate machinery, remain stationary, move around the facility, and lift, push, pull, or carry 25+ pounds.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good color discernment.
