People Generalist (Sales Market)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Toronto Support Office, Toronto, Canada

Salary: CAD 97,200 annual salary

What you will do

• Execute employee lifecycle processes and coordinate people initiatives for supported business units and functions.
• Support employees and managers with HR processes, inquiries, employee relations matters, and union negotiations when applicable.
• Manage recruitment processes, communication, deadlines, and Assessment Centers.
• Coordinate onboarding for Store Management teams and organize, facilitate, and follow up on training.
• Support performance management, development dialogues, succession planning, and talent pipeline management.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, training, hiring, and other people metrics to produce HR reports and insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate HR reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
