Materiel Support Manager (A330 MRTT Fleet)

Location: Getafe area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Deliver initial part lists, material repairs, and replenishment activities for the A330 MRTT Fleet.
• Manage in-service support and Performance-Based Logistics contracts, serving as the primary Material Services contact for Programme Managers.
• Resolve end-to-end material issues across planning, procurement, quality, logistics, and operational teams.
• Monitor financial performance, including EBIT, revenue, budget expenditure, cost evolution, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate material support policies across local teams stationed at active customer air bases.
• Oversee risk management, governance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Services.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in materiel support, logistics, supply chain, or procurement within complex engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Logistics/Materials, supply chain operations, and KPI or performance management.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish required.
• Autonomous, accountable, and capable of prioritizing, solving problems, and building collaborative stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Performance-Based Logistics, defence-sector logistics, or aerospace service contracts.
