Supplier Quality Development Engineer

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with two home office days per week

What you will do

• Handle supplier-related quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Lead supplier quality audits and initiatives to improve supplier performance.
• Manage digitalization projects for supplier quality processes.
• Qualify and re-qualify new products and suppliers for production readiness.
• Support the transfer of products to the Budapest site and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supplier quality development or a similar quality role.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Q Module and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of product and raw material quality standards.
• Experience in process development and supplier negotiations.
• Advanced English and Hungarian proficiency required for daily communication with international suppliers.
