Senior Process Engineer (Packaging Machinery)

Location: Nyíregyháza, Hungary; primary workplace with an average of 3 days per week in the office under the hybrid work policy.

What you will do

• Lead the introduction of new products and production lines, including engineering tests and ramp-up follow-up.
• Improve production processes, output, and quality in mass production.
• Prepare technical specifications and work instructions in line with current machine safety regulations.
• Cooperate with local and global departments on development projects.
• Support smooth production and operational continuity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in mass production.
• Engineering degree and a strong technical mindset.
• Experience with packaging machinery and continuous improvement processes.
• English at a fluent working level and fluent Hungarian communication skills.
• End-to-end thinking, analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong Excel knowledge; SAP experience is an advantage.
