Branch Banking – Client Consultant II (Banking)

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve client account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Provide banking product information and support client education and engagement.
• Build client relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities for deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners based on their financial needs.
• Handle sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Participate in moderately complex projects and support team growth initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent credential, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Strong client relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local regulatory and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
