Program Analyst

What you will do

• Support AFLCMC/RSO acquisition sustainment reviews, Congressional inquiries, and Crisis Action Team activities.
• Perform Action Officer duties, including preparing briefings, analyzing suspense responses, and developing recommended courses of action for leadership.
• Manage suspense tracking, workflow screening, task assignments, response coordination, and closure packages.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, database reports, graphs, and weekly status briefings for operations leadership.
• Coordinate with directorates, higher headquarters, external agencies, and Congressional stakeholders to compile and transmit approved responses.
• Maintain SharePoint information, support awards tracking, and train action officers on suspense systems and processes.

Requirements

• At least a Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field plus at least three years of relevant professional experience, including three years in the DoD; or seven years of directly related experience with required certifications, including five years in the DoD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Air Force-approved web access applications, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox.
• Ability to learn additional commercial or specialized applications specified in the performance work statement.
