Acquisition Analyst (Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance)

Location: Remote; Conditions: Dayton, Ohio

Salary: $60,000–$72,000 per year

What you will do

• Support acquisition planning and strategy development for Department of War Information Analysis Center R&D requirements.
• Develop and review R&D requirements and requirements packages with requirement owners.
• Coordinate with Information Analysis Centers and maintain accurate program data.
• Support quality assurance, process improvement, risk identification, and control activities.
• Analyze fiscal requirements, funding strategies, program portfolios, capabilities, technical initiatives, and capability gaps.
• Prepare performance measures, trend analyses, metrics, feasibility studies, and change-request responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and preferably five years of relevant professional experience; military service may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Experience supporting science and technology and research and development requirements or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior executives.
• Excellent data analysis, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
