Designer/Social Media Creator (AI)

Location: New York office with a hybrid schedule requiring in-person work two days per week for candidates in the NYC or commutable surrounding area; U.S. work authorization required.

Salary: $51,000–$74,000 per year

What you will do

• Ideate, shoot, and design social content, advertisements, and other creative assets.
• Develop social-first content across photography, videography, video editing, photo retouching, collage, and digital design.
• Design for social platforms, websites, presentations, print, and other media as needed.
• Present creative work and inspiration to internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with creatives and strategists through brainstorming, feedback, and production.
• Manage priorities and deadlines while working within brand guidelines and design systems.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience and a portfolio featuring bold social media content and design across other media.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of social media best practices across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Knowledge of social media and design trends, creative workflow practices, file organization, and folder structures.
• Working knowledge of AI image generation and the ability to incorporate it into creative workflows.
• Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide a portfolio link.

• Motion design and illustration skills.
