Senior Motion Designer & Animator (AI)

What you will do

• Create animations and visual stories using After Effects.
• Design storyboard frames, compositions, layouts, presentations, and visual concepts in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Translate technical concepts, statistics, charts, and infographics into conceptual designs and data visualizations.
• Perform video and audio editing while supporting broader animation and video needs.
• Apply brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, illustration, and varied visual styles.
• Manage multiple projects, respond to feedback, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong animation, motion design, and storytelling skills using After Effects.
• Strong Figma skills and extensive proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with storyboarding, composition, layout, presentation design, video editing, and audio editing.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and complex data into clear visual designs and animations.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, iconography, illustration, and brand guidelines.
• Creative problem-solving, communication, collaboration, feedback management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools, including Claude and Codex, to expedite and enhance design work.
