Senior Consultant Energy and Industry (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Work may be performed from home, at the client, or from the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for energy and industry clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Coach new hires and junior colleagues as part of team support responsibilities.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Analytical, communicative, flexible, fast-learning, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Excellent English and fluent Dutch, both verbal and written, are required.
• Passion for the energy sector and willingness to work in client-facing consulting projects.

• Fluent German.
