Enterprise Cloud Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Lead cloud architecture, strategic delivery, and IT modernization initiatives for a large-scale data center operations program.
• Develop architectural blueprints, network topologies, technical specifications, and cloud migration plans for public, private, and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement scalable cloud systems, integrations, reporting solutions, and enterprise technology services.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, containerization, Kubernetes, identity management, and security controls.
• Analyze current and target architectures, identify gaps, and develop technical recommendations and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, technical standards, documentation, training materials, and staff enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with computer systems, cloud technologies, cloud delivery models, cloud providers, and cloud network design.
• 7+ years of experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP, as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, microservices, Kubernetes, serverless infrastructure, and related APIs.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Docker, Helm, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, JSON, Ruby, or HCL.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, data governance, compliance, identity and access management, monitoring, and logging.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, diagramming, leadership, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently across concurrent initiatives.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience architecting, engineering, or developing enterprise IT solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience with cloud database services, data lakes, ETL/ELT, structured and unstructured data, and big data frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI services offered by major cloud providers.
