What you will do

• Maintain and enhance critical data assets, metadata, business definitions, glossaries, and data dictionaries.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders, including Data Domain Owners, to support consistent data management.
• Identify, document, and maintain critical data for regulatory and strategic initiatives.
• Establish metadata, data lineage, and authoritative source information for key business data elements.
• Contribute to enterprise Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lifecycle Management, metadata management, and data catalogue capabilities.
• Develop user guidance, training materials, and documentation while monitoring adherence to data management standards.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking, or finance.
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Lifecycle Management principles.
• Knowledge of banking data domains and regulatory data requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and technology functions.
• Fluent English required; German is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, team-oriented, and comfortable driving change in a complex environment.
