Graphic Designer (Retail Design or Visual Merchandising)

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days on-site in Dallas, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia

Salary: $35–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Create store-ready visual merchandising communications, execution guides, and digital design assets.
• Translate merchandising strategies, planograms, store layouts, and retail initiatives into clear visual materials.
• Develop 2D and 3D renderings, installation guides, playbooks, and communication decks.
• Support consistent execution across thousands of retail locations and improve the customer experience.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising, Retail Brand Standards, Store Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining organized digital assets.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating retail design or visual merchandising work.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud and 2D design skills, with Figma experience.
• Basic-to-intermediate 3D rendering skills using tools such as Blender, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Experience creating installation guides, playbooks, or communication materials.
• Strong organizational, project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site three days per week in Dallas or Atlanta.
