Senior Designer

Location: Hybrid work schedule, only available in Los Angeles

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year for Los Angeles-based hires

What you will do

• Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges.
• Contribute ideas, references, moodboards, decks, and visual concepts during strategy and creative development.
• Design client-ready assets across social, out-of-home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print, pitches, and presentations.
• Craft visually engaging decks that turn ideas into impactful visual stories.
• Own design projects from concept through final execution while managing multiple deadlines.
• Support junior and mid-level designers and collaborate with studio, agency, and client teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at an advertising or creative agency or design studio.
• Multidisciplinary portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and creative capabilities.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of typography, photo retouching, storyboarding, and animation direction.
• Ability to present creative concepts, manage quick turnarounds, and take projects through final delivery.
