Program Marketing Manager

Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States, or Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $68,000–$75,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary company bonus.

Medscape, a hirify.global division, develops physician portals and mobile applications that provide clinical information, education, treatment resources, and professional communication tools.

What you will do

• Create, execute, and optimize direct-to-physician marketing plans for promotional online programs.
• Review and approve marketing copy and creative materials against campaign best practices.
• Track program performance and contracted traffic deliverables daily, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Analyze campaign traffic and provide insights on creative and marketing performance.
• Optimize audience targeting and segmentation to improve response rates and yield.
• Coordinate Sales, Business Intelligence, Project Management, and Production teams around campaign tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of combined experience in sales operations, digital marketing, digital agency, or digital analytics.
• Experience with email marketing, media, contextual linking, and collaboration with Sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and Access skills, with working knowledge of Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture) and Salesforce.com.
• Advanced communication and writing skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from Newark, New Jersey, or Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or AI-assisted marketing workflows.
• Knowledge of databases or database marketing.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience.
